Manuel Théodet
Executive Producer

Manuel Théodet, co-founder of BARAMON International, is a French producer with an atypical background in the film industry. He holds a doctorate in materials science and began his career as a scientist at Nikon–Essilor in Kawasaki, Japan, and Paris, France, developing innovative optical materials for global markets. He later transitioned to strategic consulting at Frost & Sullivan in Tokyo, specialising in market research, competitive intelligence, and technology road-mapping for multinational clients.

Manuel’s analytical expertise and leadership skills enable him to manage complex productions across multiple territories, coordinating crews, financing, and logistics with precision. He has overseen projects from concept to broadcast, maintaining a fine balance between artistic ambition and operational feasibility. His experience working at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics strengthened his ability to thrive in high-pressure, multicultural settings, where agility and diplomacy are essential.

At BARAMON Creative Agency, Manuel shapes the overall strategy, secures partnerships, and maintains high-level relationships with broadcasters, cultural institutions, and brand partners. His methodical approach ensures that each project aligns with the agency’s vision for culturally rich, technically excellent storytelling, while also driving sustainable growth and fostering long-term collaborations that extend the reach and impact of the agency’s work.
